A Bay Area native... Emily has been working in the real estate industry for 26 years. The past 16 years, Emily has thrived under the umbrella of Coldwell Banker. A top producer, elected Relocation Specialist and a certified trained Luxury Property Specialist at Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty. Emily works on old school work ethics and conducts her business from her heart. Aiming to constantly exceed her clients expectations and going above and beyond to make her clients feel they made the right decision in electing Emily as their real estate advocate. Enjoying her career as a house hunting buyers agent as well as flourishing in the marketing and negotiating of homes for sellers. Investing in something she believes in, Emily loves to share her passion for how she obtains income properties and manages short term vacation rentals.

Prior to Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty, Emily took on a very active taking on the role of listing manager and coordinator. Working with a top producing team at Coldwell Banker Residential in Walnut Creek for the course of seven years. Emily and her team closed more than 400 real estate owned (REO) properties in addition to closing over 100 equity and short sales. Making them one of the top teams in the office for listing units and gross commission income. The bank owned and short sale business was not for the part time realtor. Working tirelessly over the depressed market Emily was able to stay focused on helping others and not stray from the real estates business she loves. It gave her the drive to see this market improve and expand her knowledge. Went from listing multi million dollar homes over catered brunches to boarding up abandoned bank owned homes to keep the squatters at bay and the copper plumbing from being stolen. Never a dull moment, right?

Prior to working with Coldwell Banker Residential in Walnut Creek, Emily worked for seven years at Hacienda Appraisal Services in Pleasant Hill performing residential appraisals and inspections of homes. Prior to that, she worked for two years at Better Homes Realty in Lafayette as a listing coordinator, escrow manager and marketing director. Emily has worked in the real estate industry since Junior College. She knows nothing else. Emily’s reputation is built on hard work ethics, honesty, understanding of her clients and her construction background being involved with her husband’s residential construction company.

Emily lives where her heart led her, with her husband, Simon, a local general contractor, and their three sons, Cody, Nolan and Mason.
